A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join a growing firm of financial consultants based in the West End. The successful candidate must have fantastic organisational skills, ability to multi-task, good team player and a upbeat*friendly personality.
Duties will include:
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Typing letters, correspondence, reports etc
- Opening and distributing the post
- Meet & greet clients
- Responding to email enquiries
- Updating the database
- Answering phones
- Client liaison
- Ad hoc project work
You must have a minimum of 2 years previous administration*secretarial experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and a pro-active approach.
As the company is rapidly expanding, they will be able to offer opportunity for progression and development.
